All About Wendy

• Wendy is the youngest of her family, mom and dad Kip and Mairi, grandmother Donna, older sister Jill, brother in law Mike, a niece and nephew Nicolas and Ariana and 3 step nieces and nephews Riley, Zoe and Max
• Definitely the more responsible and organized of the two
• Beautiful, hard working, thoughtful, caring, helpful and intelligent
• Wendy sure is a talker and I would often be thankful of Wendy’s girlfriends who enjoy their long conversations with her that give me a breather!
• After high school Wendy moved to Hawaii Where she attended Hawaii Pacific University where she studied Marine Science, she later finished her undergrad degree at York University
• Wendy has always had a passion for Marine Life, she began Scuba diving at age 12. 
• Pursuing this passion in Marine Biology she worked at the Vancouver Aquarium as an assistant Marine Mammal Trainer, she later worked as a Researcher and Educator in Gloucester, Massachusetts
• She has a love for travelling and has travelled through Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Caribbean
• She eventually decided to go back to school to pursue a teaching career, she completed her Masters at Niagara University
• Wendy is in her 7th year teaching for the Durham District School Board, she not only teaches her homeroom, but is actively involved in other programs offered at the school and school board
• Her family and friends are very important to her
